INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
The CRA INFRA/OCTA, engaged in consulting, project development, project management, construction, supply, procurement, and electromechanical assembly, commissioning, and operation, establishes its Integrated Management Policy with the following commitments:
- Meet Customer Needs: Ensure the quality and satisfaction of our customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Always seek to improve processes and the management system.
- Training: Keep our employees trained and qualified to deliver services with excellence.
- Ethical Conduct: Adopt ethical and anti-corruption practices in accordance with the Code of Ethics and ISO 37001.
- Environmental Protection: Prevent pollution, protect the environment, and efficiently manage resources.
- Health and Safety: Identify hazards and reduce risks to health and safety at work.
- Legal Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in our operations.
- Compliance and Whistleblowing: Ensure resources for the Compliance Officer and protect whistleblowers from retaliation.
- Worker Participation: Engage employees and their representatives in health, safety, and quality matters.
This policy is periodically reviewed to ensure its relevance, effectiveness, and compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 37001, 45001, Qualihab, and PBQP-H standards.
