INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
CRA INFRA and OCTA operate in consulting, project development, project management, construction, supply, procurement and electromechanical assembly, commissioning, and operation. They establish their Integrated Management Policy with the following commitments:
- Meet Customer Needs: Ensure the quality and satisfaction of our clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek improvements in processes and the management system.
- Training: Keep our employees trained and qualified to deliver services with excellence.
- Ethical Conduct: Adopt ethical and anti-corruption practices in accordance with the Code of Ethics and ISO 37001.
- Sustainability: Operate in an environmentally responsible manner, preventing pollution and using natural resources efficiently and sustainably.
- Health and Safety: Provide safe and healthy working conditions by identifying hazards and reducing risks to occupational health and safety.
- Compliance with Requirements: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in our operations.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure resources for the Compliance Officer and protect whistleblowers from retaliation.
- Worker Participation: Involve employees and their representatives in health, safety, and quality matters.
This policy is periodically reviewed to ensure its relevance, effectiveness, and compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, as well as Qualihab and PBQP-H requirements.
