SUPPORT FOR INSPECTION OF SECTIONS OF GRANTED STATE HIGHWAYS - LOT 16: RAPOSO TAVARES - ARTESP - GESP

Main Activities
- Technical support to ARTESP in auditing of accounting, economic and financial records and verification of traffic volume information in toll stations (quantitative and qualitative) for revenue calculation;
- Implementing inspection and control procedures with the standardization of formulation, format, transmission and recording of information communicated to the CONCESSIONAIRE;
- Analysis, with database from supervision, of causes and tendencies of CONCESSIONAIRE deviance in performance from the concession of contract and ARTESP designated procedures;
- Providing support, identifying and monitoring events in the road network run by CONCESSIONAIRE;
- Developing control and procedure systems for the technical documentation management, analysis and approval (projects, “as built”.);
- Support the analysis of basic and detailed engineering designs of expansion, conservation and environment as well as “as built”;
- Support to the inspection of current legislation contractual environmental requirements, environmental detailed designs, compliance with licensing processes (preliminary license, installation license, operating license, authorizations and permits, etc).
